Sarah Phillips became the City Manager in Rolling Meadows in December 2008. She has extensive knowledge in Economic Development, Downtown Redevelopment and Revitalization Projects, Planning and Zoning, Budgeting, Public Works and Community Relations.   Previously she served as the City Manager in Johnstown , OH and the Assistant Public Works Director in Paducah , KY.   She is a Credentialed City Manager through the International City Managers Association (ICMA).  She is active on the International Committee for ICMA and has traveled abroad to Bulgaria , Lebanon , and India assisting in projects related to Economic Development, Solid Waste Management and Infrastructure improvements.
