Qualified home owners may be eligible for a 0% interest deferred loan up to a maximum amount of $25,000 with no monthly payments as long as the homeowner lives in and retains title to the home.
To qualify for a loan through the Northwest Housing Partnership (NWHP) at the minimum you must:
Own and live in the home you wish to repair.
Do not have money to pay for needed repairs.
Have a total family income (before deductions) that is listed in the table provided by the NWHP

Doors and windows
Every loan application will be considered and homes will be inspected by a building inspector and NWHP staff. If you qualify, you will be assisted with the entire rehabilitation process by the NWHP staff.
