VEHICLE STICKERS All vehicles registered or housed in Rolling Meadows, including residents and businesses with Palatine mailing addresses, are required to display a current vehicle sticker. Stickers are available online at the regular price through June 30th. Late penalties apply July 1st and sticker prices double. There is no grace period.
PAY YOUR UTILITY BILL -- CLICK THE WATER FAUCET You will need your account number to pay your City Utility Bill online. You may also drop your utility bill in the City’s white drop box located at the City Hall parking lot at 3600 Kirchoff Road or pay in person at City Hall between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Monday through Friday) Alternatively, for convenience in paying
your utility bill, you may also enroll in Auto-Pay to pay your account automatically every month.
The City’s Utility Billing software vendor is experiencing intermittent difficulties with the online portal and is working to resolve the issues. If you have trouble logging in, your password may need to be reset. To reset your password, you may click the “I forgot my password” button (you will receive an email within an hour).

OTHER MONIES DUE THE CITY The Illinois e-pay electronic payment website offers an efficient and easy way to pay for a business license/renewal, a contractor license, Police Department Tickets (P, W & C), rental license renewals, and alarm user permits using a debit or credit card. You must contact the Community Development Department for changes to your business/contractor or rental dwelling license prior to making your payment. Call us at 847-506-6030 or email the Community Development Department with any revisions needed.
RED LIGHT VIOLATIONS Payments for Red Light violation citations cannot be made payable to the City of Rolling Meadows or paid at the City of Rolling Meadows. Send your payment to the Red Light Photo Enforcement Program using the envelope provided with your citation notice. You may also pay them over the phone at (866) 428-4961. Click on the Red Light Photo Enforcement Program icon to your left to pay online. A video of the incident is available for viewing.
